Now this individual is contacting me personally with an alternative account asking for forgiveness. I must say I'm totally confused. I'm not going to unblick him anytime soon. But I could go with some solid advices here. What would you do in this situation? I firmly believe that, if one person can do this kind of thing once they can do it again...
UPDATE: Blocked him. Upon careful reading of his note I noticed he's blaming a third party. And, in retrospective, if he really was sorry there were lots of things he could have done.
It was bound to happen, sooner or later all of us respectable users of DA get caught in quarrels from deranged individuals and fake claims are raised.

Turns out it's the first one of a series, as I have already explained in previous journals. But my client is missing some of the points to make the final payment and allow me to continue with this project next week. Since I imagined many Saior Moon fans would not like to see this coming to a halt; I tried to call out for other's solidarity. Certain individual was eager to help, as you might read here:

Jokes aside, I think you are a bit mislead, I was accusing of stealing DA points not art.

When they get caught out, and they go "Oh right, I'm caught. I'll act sorry and be friends with everyone again. It will be fine." I just want to grab their head and put it underwater for a minute and then tell them, c'mon now. Does 'this' seem worth it? If it doesn't, why should your petty shit seem worth it?

Moral of the same story I see all the time, if you're going to strike the original artist, get ready to lose. No matter how many people you convince, just bend over for that arse snatching now. Because if they are the original artist, you don't throw out the "art theif" label.
But one thing you missed, this isn't about art-theft, they claimed I robbed DA points, which is even lamer if you think about it.

I mean you didn't threaten to kill his dog or something,if he didn't give you the points. He could've just said no.
He could've said "I might be a Sailor Moon fan,but I'm not sure if I want to pay points for it,right now".
He could've even said "Fuck you,you're not getting my points!",it would have been a terrible way to end the business conversation,but it would have stopped things from getting as nasty as they did.

I received the SAME treatment from a freak girl and his friend.
About me, i was JUST accused of having sexual roleplays with underages girls in DA, and also offended that girl about silly things i already asked sorry for.
His "dear" friend sent me some notes, where he was threatening me to ruin my commission activities, and reporting me with DA staff about this heavy accuses. Now, they're totally silent, but i'm ready to block them if they'll come again. u_u
You're not alone, man.
In your case, if you allow me this comment, I would have already blocked them. I consider my time on DA to be used for leisure, not to deal with people like that. Myself at the first sign of any toxic person to annoy annoying me I don't hesitate to block them. No second chances.

Well, i could have all the power and attitude to be a real badass and break some head to rotten people as them...
Unluckily, i'm not physiologically settled for fights. I feel always dizzy and confused as i fight with someone.
Also, it's my nature to not react so often. If i'd react to some stupid, then i could have more troubles in future. And i prefer to stay calm.
But i admit that sprouting out some balls, once in a while, wouldn't be a bad idea.
