This picture and story goes hand in hand with the ending of the show and the final episode. 
Warning, spoilers! 

All of the girls have had their chance to go on a date with Shougo. After showcasing what they would all do, it was time for the next portion of the competition. Physical er, assets. Over the course of the past few months he has seen his friends in many situations, so dirty thoughts have crossed his mind before and they all knew it. Always embarrassed though, as he is a gentleman, he usually doesn't express any sexual desire towards them and always does his best to keep his composure when those situations arrive. 

Miyabi: Hey, big brother, is something wrong? I thought you might like this.

Now confronted with the idea of them all showing them their breasts in private one at a time just like on the dates, it is a little harder to keep his all in. Before this is to happen though, Shougo and Miyabi are talking in private.

Shougo: Er, is this part really necessary? Weren't the dates enough? Or better yet, shouldn't I just let my desire to be with someone come naturally?

Miyabi: Of course this is needed! As your little sister, it is my job to make sure you are paired up with the best possible match since I can't be with you myself. Because of that, please let me help.

Shougo: (sighs) Alright, whatever you say Miyabi. There is a problem though with this idea... (his face lights up red)

Miyabi: (Her face also lights up red) What is it Onni-chan? Do you prefer guys? I do remember that one time in the bedroom when you were on the bed practicing to make babies with...

Shougo interrupts: No no! Nothin like that! It is just that I... well... I prefer feet over breasts... 

Miyabi: (face gets even redder) You... feet.... not boobs... 

The girl takes a minute to let is sink in before a new wave of enthusiasm hits!

Miyabi: I got it! You just wait here brother! I have an idea that will make your day then! Just close your eyes and wait until I say to open them!

A few minutes pass by and the sound of shuffling is heard only a few feet away. It is very quiet and Shougo begins to wonder what could possibly be going on

Miyabi: Okay, open your eyes Onni-chan!

He opens his eyes to see the most incredible thing he has ever had the chance to witness. His jaw drops and is literally speechless. Miyabi giggles at him while the others are each in their own little worlds. Mei seems to be studying the situation, taking notes as she always does, learning about him based on her research. She is probably watching Shougo to see whose feet he looks at the most. The others are a mix of embarrassment and happiness.

Based on the fact that I wasn't the one who wrote the story you can imagine this is a commission for  witht he five main girls from the anime "Nakaimo - My Sister is Among Them?" a series I wasn't familiar at all. Hope this is worth the incredible amount of time that I made him wait for this to come up. The girls are, from left to right: Mei Sagara, Mana Tendou, Miyabi Kannagi, Konoe Tsuruma and Rinka Kunitachi.

Fun facts:
-This one was a very difficult one to pull over. The girls proportions kept gonig wrong and lots of modifications were necessary.
-The skirt texture was originally made by
-I'm glad that I offered that discount if the commissioner writes the story. I wouldn't have known what to do!
-That's mostly because "recent" harem series are not my cup of tea.
-But despite everything this one turned out great. Notice the new type of shadding I did to make the soles look more real?
