Dont forget your guard duties

It had been an exhausting day of work at the Scarlet Devil Mansion for the maiden's master, Sakuya Izayoi. Reports from missing books at the library had increased recently. Patchouli had informed her that Marisa had been acting bolder recently. In fact she managed the catch the sorceress while attempting to steal more books from the library. The battle that followed left a mess on the mansion which was for Sakuya to clean.
There must be a reason for all this recently increment of robberies. But Sakuya didn't mind at the moment. She had finished cleaning the mansion for the day and decided to relax at the front garden. She may even remove her shoes and let her feet had a most deserved rest.
However, when she was about to unlace her shoes she heard a faint snoring. Intrigued she went to investigate to the main gates. There, she was greeted with a most unpleasant sight: the gatekeeper, Hong Meiling, was sleeping during her guard time, again.
There was the answer to the mysterious robberies. Marisa had come more frequently because Hong Meiling was not on guard to stop her. Some measures had to be taken in order to teach the lazy guard a lesson.
Without even needing to use her abilities to stop time, that deep was the redhead's sleep, Sakuya sat a her feet, removed her shoes to be more comfortable and grasped both of the gatekeeper's ankles. 
Then she cleared her throat.
"What? I'm not sleeping!" said Hong Meiling waking up suddenly.
"Oh, did I wake you up? I'm sorry" said Sakuya with a radiant smile.
"Sakuya. I wasn't sleeping, I promise, I was just...thinking, with my eyes closed, it helps me concentrate" lied the guardian.
"I see" answered the maid.
"May I ask you: what are you doing?" said Hong Meiling noticing the maid's firm grip on her ankles.
"This? I simply thought that, after being all day guarding the gates, you should be tired. So I wanted to help you relax a bit" with no more word she removed the Chinese girl’s shoes.
"I appreciate the detail, but there is no need" said Hong Meiling trying to get free of Sakuya's grip.
"I insist, you should join me. Don't you think you would be more comfortable without your shoes, just as I did?".
Hong Meiling didn't say anything to that. Until she saw Sakuya holding a stiff feather she took from her feather duster.
"Sakuya, what is that for?" she asked nervously.
"This? When I came here, I thought, and correct me if I'm wrong, that you were sleeping, on your guard's duty. But how would you ever do that? However I need to make sure that you would never do that again. What do you think mistress Remilia would say if she found about that?" suddenly she started caressing the guardian's smooth soles with the tip of the feather. The reaction was immediate.
"I admit it, I was sleeping! But I'll never do it again! I promise! Please, stop tickling me!" managed to complain Hong Meiling between laughter.
"I'm not sure about that promise. I'd better continue with this until you really are aware of your responsibilities as a gate keeper. Perhaps, after one hour you won't forget your guard duties next time"

This time we have one of the least noticed Touhou character (at least, that's what I believe) to receive the tickle treatment. In this case whe have the Chineese girl Hong Meiling being instructed by the head of the maids, Sakuya Izayoi. Will the gate keeper learn her lesson?

Fun Facts:
-For some reason, I believe this Sakuya looks a bit like Haruhi Suzumiya with braids.
-I really like redheads, don't be surprised if you see more in my gallery.
-Hong Meiling's right feet was really difficult to draw. I've never tried that perspective but I managed to fix it somehow.
